BENE LAUNCHES NEW TASK CHAIR B_RUN

29 January 2010

B_Run suits individual preferences with its wealth of variants. Bene’s second task chair focuses on its users, offering ergonomics, comfort and many different finishes. Dynamic, architectural and ergonomic: B_Run adapts to the user in every way – with intelligent technology, readable functionality, ergonomics and a multitude of possible designs.

As an essential part of every office, B_Run sets the tone for design: Its clear, graphic style keeps it restrained, sporty yet elegant; it radiates self-confidence without dominating the entire space.

B_Run stands for clarity of functionality and style. One of its most important design elements is the mechanism. It exposes its functionality and is, at the same time, an integral part of the form. The constructive connection between the mechanics and the back is a distinct feature. The built-in synchro-mechanism supports dynamic sitting and optimises movement. The seat is geometrically shaped and comfortably upholstered.

As diverse as the people that B_Run is made for.

B_Run is an office swivel chair that can be fitted with countless technical and other furnishing details. Combining these various elements enables a high level of individualisation. That means that the user can customise his or her personal chair to a high degree.

B_Run’s flexible design already becomes obvious in the back, which is available in three models: Mesh covering, upholstered back and PP membrane. This material, particularly because of the adaptability and flexibility of the backrest, offers the back the best possible support and increases sitting comfort. Carefully placed holes provide not only optical effects; they also ensure good air circulation. The feel of the PP membrane is also remarkably pleasant.

There are four styles of armrests to choose from: Fixed elements, ring-shaped loop armrests and multifunctional 2D or 3D armrests. Even more comfort is provided by the lumbar support, the seat tilt/depth adjustment and a pneumatic spring with a mechanical depth spring. The base is available with optional castors in materials such as polyamide or cast aluminium and powder coated.

All these different options make B_Run an attractive product of a high technical standard for the classic office workplace. With it, Bene rounds out its portfolio with a versatile, economically interesting basic element for a consistent and ambitious office layout.
