Incentive FM to consult on 11 shopping centres

Incentive FM Consulting, part of the Incentive FM Group, has been awarded a 12 month consultancy project by Capital Shopping Centres (CSC) which owns and manages II retail developments including Lakeside Shopping Centre, Thurrock and The Metro Centre in Gateshead.

Incentive FM Consulting are responsible for reviewing and tendering the FM work for the centres which total 12.9m sq. ft. Key responsibilities will include strategic input, creating and agreeing a best fit model, selecting appropriate bidders, creating the bid documentation and managing the tender process. The aim is to ensure that each shopping centre maintains its first class modern facilities whilst maximising opportunities for increased efficiency. Ensuring stakeholder value is also vital and Incentive FM will ensure that the specific requirements from over 2,000 retailers are taken fully into consideration.
Incentive FM will have three principal staff working on the project supported by two key account managers and its is anticipated that its fee for the project will be recouped within the first six months of the project as a result of savings made, in line with previous projects.
