Can't find the right catering partner? Want to cut your catering costs - not the quality? You can get independent advice from the experts at three new FCSI and PFM seminars designed to answer your questions about how to design, manage and improve your catering operations

A series of THREE seminars starting with London on Wednesday 10th February 2010., continues around the country moving to Bristol on Wednesday 17th March 2010 and Manchester on 14th April 2010.
The event is divided into a morning programme entitled "Managing Catering services". Tips, tricks, perils and pitfalls; a practical guide to managing your foodservice in-house or with a catering partner. 
The afternoon session is "Grand Kitchen Design" - for optimal operational efficiency and energy efficiency - a practical guide for facilities managers.
