ICM gets fit for cleaning

Integrated Cleaning Management has announced the award of a new contract for cleaning services for David Lloyd Leisure Ltd.

David Lloyd Leisure is Europe’s largest racquets, and health and fitness operating with over 78 clubs in the UK, with a further 10 in Europe, over 475,000 members and a 6,000 strong staff team. ICM is responsible for cleaning services for over 50% of the estate across England and Wales.

During the competitive bid process the ICM team took a pro-active approach to providing a bespoke solution that demonstrated a real understanding of the leisure market requirements. ICM has implemented training to NVQ Level 2 for all of the team at each site and is ensuring an exceptionally high standard of service for each daily clean.
