Two more contract wins for Faceo

Faceo’s strategy to focus on organisations engaged in the industrial and manufacturing sector pays off with contracts for total FM with Schneider Electric and Delta Rail Group

Faceo has concluded negotiations and mobilised a total FM contract with leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, Schneider Electric, at its 11 sites throughout the UK. Faceo will provide a complete FM service, including all hard and soft services to Schneider Electric’s offices and manufacturing operations serving more than 2,500 employees and over 1million sq ft.

The office locations are at Telford, Potters Bar, Coventry, London, Chippenham and Glasgow, while its manufacturing and warehouse operations are in Leeds, Bagillt (North Wales), Smethwick and Scarborough. Existing out-tasked contractor staff will join Faceo to provide the total FM solution platform which is tailored to each site. The portfolio of buildings range from a warehouse built in the Victorian era to its newest office block in Telford.

Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management, is one of the world's top 100 companies. Its products are used in the energy and infrastructure, industry, data centres and networks, buildings and residential markets and its has 114,000 employees in 102 countries. Faceo UK’s sister company in France provides total FM services to two Schneider locations in the Paris region.

Another recent contract win for Faceo and helping to build it into a +£50m business (from £32m in 2006), is its five site contract with Delta Rail Group. Won in an open tender, Faceo is to supply facilities services to Delta Rail Group Ltd. DeltaRail provides the global rail industry with access to sophisticated software and technology and the skills and expertise of a world-class team who work to deliver cost- effective solutions and services and to improve business performance.

Faceo will deliver, manage and maintain FM services to DeltaRail’s four sites in Derby plus their additional site in Central London. The service delivery will be managed and co-ordinated through Faceo’s recently expanded help desk facilities and facilities manager, Mick Rayner.
