FM at London's first Polyclinic by SGP

24 June 2009

SGP is to provide facilities services at Loxford Polyclinic, London's first purpose-built polyclinic.

SGP Property & Facilities Management, the property and FM business of the Johnson Service Group, has been awarded a new contract with London’s first purpose-built polyclinic in Loxford, under the jurisdiction of NHS Redbridge.

Opening shortly, the new polyclinic is at the forefront of a new generation of health centres that will open seven days a week offering a range of health services under one roof. SGP has been awarded an initial contract for the management of the facilities service activities to the polyclinic.

‘Having significant experience in both LIFT and PCT environments, we are delighted to be selected as part of the team for the implementation of one of the most recent healthcare environments. Our 24/7 120 seater helpdesk will be an invaluable resource for the team who will be supporting the client to maintain the 365 day opening of the clinic,” said Kevin Elliott, MD of SGP Ltd.
