SILVERLINE GROUP LAUNCH NEW M&E DIVISION

The Silverline Group of companies has launched a new division within the Group. The name of the new division is Temporis and they offer both mechanical and electrical services, specialising in PPM maintenance and small fit works.

As a Group, Silverline have a wealth of experience having undertaken mechanical and electrical fit-outs across a number of different sectors. Recent projects secured by the group include:

 Fujitsu Data Centre – Winner of the 2008 Data Centre Dynamics Award.

 Cat B fit out of a global communication provider’s Head Office based in Slough.

 Research Laboratory centre in Berkshire.

The Silverline Group has a proven track record in Design and Build projects, fit-out, building maintenance and project management. As a Group Silverline has delivered projects ranging from £5k to £5m.
The company was formed in 2003 and has built a strong reputation for delivering projects of varying sizes for a number of blue chip clients, across a wide range of sectors. In October 2008 Silverline successfully acquired the services of Jon Gray as Operations Director of a brand new division within the Group. Jon joined the company from the London Stock Exchange where he spent eight years undertaking a number of different roles and delivering projects in both London and Europe.

Temporis is a specialist contractor within the Silverline Group, undertaking building maintenance and small works projects up to a value of £1 million. Temporis offers a multifaceted portfolio of services across a diverse sector of markets ranging from commercial buildings to high end residential, where the occupier will need the expertise of a multidiscipline contractor and have a proven track record in delivering cost effective solutions.

This diverse skill and experience combining Mechanical, Electrical, and specialist Air-Conditioning services gives the group a wide variety of skills and experience. Silverline are the ideal partner for projects where the client requires a turnkey universal contractor to deliver a quality support service.
