FM Guru Speaking in Birmingham

FM Guru, Martin Pickard , is one of the speakers at a free breakfast briefing in Birmingham on how FM's can become survival experts in the recession jungle. Organised by Harrow Green at the Hotel du Vin in Central Birmingham on Thursday March 19th delegates can also listen to expert survivalist, Jo Gambi, talk about her experiences on Mount Everest.

The theme of the breakfast briefing is that the facility manager will play a major part in the ultimate success of their organisations in the current economic situation. The economic downturn will produce some new FM superheroes: brave men and women who will find inner resource, strength and untapped genius to make a major contribution to the survival and recovery of their organiations.

TOUGH CHALLENGES, TOUGH DECISIONS
As the trials get harder, those who are best equipped professionally and mentally will be the ones to succeed. Workplace change provider, Harrow Green, is inviting FM's to gain a first-hand insight into how they can sharpen their FM toolkit and prepare themselves for the challenges ahead FM Guru, Martin Pickard, one of the industry's leading practitioners and an engaging speaker on FM, will identify the toughedt challenges that an FM will face over the next two years, and share his survival solutions.

MIND OF A SURVIVOR
Also helping prepare the FM's mind for what lies ahead is celebrity speaker, Jo Gambi. Jo entered the Guinness World Records for the fastest female ascent of the Seven Summits and is also the second women ever to climb Everest's North Ridge. Jo will help focus the survivalist mentality.
