SGP to maintain Roadchef motorway service areas

SGP has been awarded a new contract by Roadchef, the motorway service area operator, to manage all its maintenance activities at its 27 locations across the UK.

RoadChef currently has a 24 per cent market share and attracts 70 million visitors a year to its motorway service areas. SGP Property and Facilities Management is the Property and Facilities Management business of the Johnson Service Group PLC. It will co-ordinate the efficient delivery of maintenance tasks throughout the Roadchef estate via its 24/7 help desk, whilst unique IT systems and processes will allow its client to respond quickly to emerging trading patterns and retain full control of spend.
