NEW CRATE SUPPLY CONTRACT WILL IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

New contractual arrangements for crate supply services will provide an improved level of service to Harrow Green customers across the UK from the beginning of February. The workplace change provider has today announced a five year contractual agreement with Pluscrates Ltd to provide the company’s crate services to customers.

“We are delighted to be working with an innovative and customer-focused company who will deliver our and our customers’ expectations,” said Ian Studd, Harrow Green’s UK Director of Relocation Services.

The contract was awarded after extensive consultation with the market. The aim was to achieve an improved level of customer service without compromising the need to seek a cost-effective solution. “Cost wasn’t the driver. The important consideration throughout has been the needs of our customers,” added Ian Studd.

He continued: “We recognise that our customers expect the best possible service from us, not just during the move itself, but in timely and trouble-free crate delivery at the start, and easy reconciliation at the end of the process. We know that both management and staff at Pluscrates share our commitment to customer service.”

The new contract will provide customers with a better-tailored service and improved communication channels. The agreement forms the foundations for continuous service improvements, service innovation, new ideas and the development of technology to achieve better solutions for customers.
