MOBILE ENHANCEMENTS FROM INTEGRATED FM

Integrated fm has greatly enhanced its Mobile fm service, introducing a host of new features and extended functionality for use with the fm facts range of software. These include the ability to use the system on any mobile ‘phone network and any handheld device with a touch screen.

It is also now possible to create a risk form for any help desk job, which is stored in the confidential notes section of the job.

Designed for ease of use with minimum training by any size of mobile work force, Mobile fm enables fast, real-time sharing of information between technicians and base, resulting in reduced costs, faster resolution of problems, better customer service and improved SLA compliance. Enhanced communication also optimises workforce time and enables technicians to add tasks remotely from the field, creating a more accurate record of work carried out on an asset.

Mobile fm solutions can be combined with Integrated fm’s hosted CAFM solutions, where the software is hosted on a secure, remote server and accessed via an internet connection. The hosted CAFM solution reduces implementation and running costs and eliminates IT issues associated with installing the software in-house.
