Bid for building services at London 2012

04 December 2008

The Olympic Delivery Authority has issued a contract notice to establish a building services framework featuring a maximum of three companies for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The scope of works includes the design, supply, installation and, if required, maintenance and removal of the building services. It comprises as a minimum: mechanical, electrical, public health services, life safety systems and other building systems required for operational use to a number of venues and other facilities and sites. For further information please refer to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) via the eTendering website.

Interested bidders may only express interest via the eTendering website. Expressions sent by any other means will not be accepted. Those expressing an interest must complete a PQQ and are advised to submit expressions of interest (EOI) at the earliest opportunity in order to allow sufficient time for completion of the PQQ. Please note that interested bidders must meet the ODA's mandatory pre-qualification requirements.

The deadline for expressions of interest and completed PQQ submissions is 12pm BST on Wednesday 24 December 2008 via the eTendering website. Those successful in qualification will be invited to tender.

Please continue to check the London 2012 Business Network and the eTendering website for the latest information on the London 2012 project.
