Europa named as best place to work in FM

Europa has been ranked 22nd in finals of the Best Places to Work in HR survey organised and published by Personnel Today.

As a finalist, Europa beat blue chip companies such as Tesco and BUPA and is the only FM business to feature in the run down of 40 organisations and businesses across the UK drawn from a variety of sectors. Europa’s HR team were also acknowledged for their approach to HR and the introduction of new systems and processes throughout the business.

The employees in each HR department decide the winners and the Best Places to Work in HR are the only awards to focus specifically on HR teams rather than employers as a whole and to be judged exclusively by people who work in them.
