New board appointments at Monteray

As Monteray Ltd takes up the reins of operational service delivery for the new facilities management contract with BT, appointments to the new board of four new directors are announced.

They are, Ian Laister, Director of Finance, Kathy Budd, Business Development Director, Jason Kinsey, Head of Commercial Services and Alan Marchbank, Technical Services and Critical Environments Director join Peter George-Jones, Managing Director, Steve Davies, Customer Service Director and Andrew Anchors, Director of Security to lead the evolution of Monteray Ltd.

Along with the shareholder organisations (Carillion Services, Haden Building Management and Reliance FM) the Board has overseen the transfer of over 2,300 members of the regional operations teams to Monteray Ltd. This is the first phase of the transition programme to shape the new organisation and its processes to meet the demands of the new contract with BT, which commences in April 2009. The Board is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of service delivery to BT whilst spearheading this transition programme.
