Faceo wins InBev TFM contract

Faceo has completed contract negotiations with InBev, the countries 3rd largest brewer, to provide Total Facilities Management services throughout their UK property portfolio to 2,300 InBev employees

Chris Kenneally, Faceo's UK CEO stated "Winning the InBev portfolio means that we have taken another significant step with our strategic growth plans in the UK since our LMBO. InBev are a global leader in their market and Faceo are delighted to have been chosen through what was a highly competitive tendering process to provide the professional services such a contract demands" The InBev TFM contract is for 3 years with an extra 2 year renewable option.

InBev is the world's leading brewer, realising €14.4 billion turnover in 2007. The company has a strong balanced portfolio, holding the number one or two position in over 20 key markets - more than any other brewer.

Headquartered in Belgium, InBev employs almost 89,000 people worldwide. With sales in over 130 countries, the company works through six operational zones: North America, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America North and Latin America South.

The Faceo Group , with an annual turnover of €400 million, recently completed a pan European LMBO. The business is now owned by APAX partners and the senior management teams across Europe. This development allows flexibility in Faceo's service offerings and solutions, enabling pan-European Facility Management services to be structured and delivered directly by Faceo staff throughout Europe.
