Deadline for PFM Awards Team Member nominations approaches

There is just one week left for finalists within this year's PFM Partnership Awards to nominate candidates for the Team Member of the Year category.

Those nominated must be non-managerial members of staff, with no line reporting duties, to quality for this category and details of candidates must be submitted by 30 June.

Applications should include the name and job title of the individual, along with a description of their achievements and why their are being nominated.

This category is only open to PFM Partnership Awards finalists and the Team Member candidate must be available to be interviewed by the judges on the day of their visit to interview the partners.

Live judging visits by the PFM Awards independent panel of judges have been a major factor in the event receiving the Independent Awards Standards Council's Trust Mark for its high levels of integrity, openness and quality and site visits have returned for the 2022 event following a two-year break due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Interviews with the previous Team Member of the Year winners from both 2021 and 2020 can be found within the section of the dedicated website.

Last year's Team Member winner Silence Tjjevella received a standing ovation for his heartfelt comments shared with presenter Martin Bayfield during his on-stage interview at the 2021 presentation evening last November.

The Team Member of the Year category is designed to provide recognition for those not normally seen at industry awards ceremony and has proved highly popular for many years.
