Atalian Servest confirms first acquisition since 2018 merger

Independently-owned service provider Incentive FM has been acquired by Atalian Servest for an undisclosed sum.

It is the company's first since the merger with Atalian Global Services in 2018 that extended its core service offering and expanded the scale of the business.

Incentive FM was founded in 2002 and has an extensive portfolio of clients, which will further complement the range of self-delivered services of its new owner.

According to the recent official announcement, the executive management and operational teams will remain with the business, including chief executive officer Martin Reed.

Atalian Servest UK & Ireland Daniel Dickinson said the deal is designed to "accelerate our growth trajectory.

"We are looking forward to driving value and building strategic partnership with Incentive FM's clients, while offering a wider range of services to our existing client portfolio," he said.

Mr Reed said his company is "looking forward to joining the Atalian Servest team and build on Incentive FM Group's success of the last 20 years.

"Our vision has always been there to have a workforce and clients who love working with us, and I know they are all in safe hands as we look to further develop our relationships with them."
