SOLATUBE GOES THROUGH THE ROOF

Decra Roof Systems Ltd has selected Solatube as its partner to provide high performance tubular daylighting and solar powered ventilation systems for its through-roof solutions.

Adding Solatube to Decra’s innovative and sustainable product range, enables it to meet the ever increasing demand for buildings to have natural lighting and ventilation solution systems helping to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.

Having evaluated the various available daylighting systems on the market, Decra determined that the Solatube systems were the most effective at transferring light from roof to room with a reflective value of 99.7%. Solatube achieve this with a number of unique features. These include the material used in its tubes, which is the most highly reflective of any product of this type and the proactive light harvesting components in its domes, which ensure that the optimum amount of light is delivered to the tube.
