Rinnai opens new office at The Building Centre in the heart of London

14 October 2021

Rinnai, leader in low carbon hot water heating units and systems, is opening a new office and permanent exhibition in the renowned Building Centre in the heart of London.

The Rinnai London Building Centre office will be permanently staffed for sales, technical and operations and service to all building services consultants, engineers, architects, contractors and end-users.

“The new premises in London’s Building Centre are in response to the high demand for Rinnai products and expertise. Consultants, specifiers, facilities managers and contractors in the London and Southeast area will be welcomed to the site to see the latest products, discuss system design or attend one of the many CIBSE approved CPDs we now have.

“Rinnai’s London Building Centre will offer advice and guidance on all the latest technologies, development and legislation on the road to decarbonisation.

"In the new year there will be a wave of product developments to give our customers the best, most energy efficient hot water delivery system possible,” says Managing Director Tony Gittings.

Founded in 1931 the Building Centre was the first establishment of its kind and 90 years later the Centre is run by the Built Environment Trust, an independent charitable organisation dedicated to inspiring and supporting knowledge and practice in the world of building.

The Building Centre showcases the best in materials and manufacturing alongside the work of leading architects and designers to inform and inspire conversations about issues, challenges and successes in the built environment.

The site includes Product Galleries, home to over 40 companies presenting products and materials to visitors. Rinnai products offer end users a limitless supply of instantaneous temperature controlled hot water, provided water and gas supplies are constant.

Temperature accuracy ensures hot water can be provided to support anti-legionella regimes, thermal disinfectant and comfort. The company is a world leading manufacturer of hot water heating units and systems for all and every type of commercial, institutional and residential sites.

The company manufactures over 2 million units a year and operates on each of the five continents with an established reputation for high performance, cost efficiency and robust, extended working lives.

Rinnai units are UKCA certified, A-rated water efficient, with a wide range of accessories, including water treatment systems plus multiple fuel options. The whole range is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Any unit can be delivered to any UK site within 24 hours. Rinnai is committed to decarbonisation and the N series of units is hydrogen blend-ready NOW and can also use BioLPG which delivers NetZero carbon emissions.

Rinnai also offer comprehensive Training Courses, CPDs and Technical Support in all aspects of the hot water heating industry.
