RAP OFFICE REFURBISHMENTS - live at the O2

Kent based company RAP Office Contracts Ltd, are delighted to have been successful in winning a competitive tender - up against a number of much larger organisations - for a full refurbishment project at the O2.

Office refurbishment firm, RAP Office Contracts, fought hard to win this full refurbishment project at The 02 for AEG Time Warner Group. It was literally won through their commitment to listening to their customers and providing a comprehensive package to meet their client’s needs.

June marked the start of this 9 week refurbishment of The 02 Cafeteria which was stripped out and will soon be completely converted to 512 sq metres of office accommodation. The office will accommodate 66 staff from AEG Time Warner Group who will be relocating from Canary Wharf with help from RAP.

Director Richard Anderson comments that "our success in this case was won on competitive tender but we pride ourselves on really listening to our clients needs at the initial stage".

The project worth £250,000 to RAP incorporates the upgrading of toilet facilities, a new break-out area, boardroom, meeting room and MD’s office. The existing building has a floating raft section to the ceiling and RAP will install a ceiling to this to ensure the refurbishment is architecturally stunning. RAP are also supplying and installing a full range of office furniture for their client including storage wall
