New online recruitment advertising website developed exclusively for employers in the construction and engineering goes live. It guarantees to deliver high calibre potential candidates from desk to web in minutes - all for less than a pound per day

Selfrecruit allows direct contact between potential employers and candidates literally within minutes of the vacancy becoming available. This eliminates the frustration of having to wait weeks for the advertisement to appear, and can save literally thousands of pounds in recruitment costs.

A major feature is the site’s ability to automatically match a specific job to a particular CV and then send an email alert to potential candidates, sometimes within minutes of the job being posted. This enables candidates to view or receive suitable job offers direct from employers immediately they are uploaded. A future development will include text alerts.
