RoadChef reappoints Integral again

Integral has won a £1m, three-year contract with RoadChef, one of the country’s largest chains of motorway service stations. This 3-year deal further boosts company’s impressive client-retention rate

Cementing long-standing business links, this is the third time in a row Integral has won the contract to provide M&E maintenance and reactive support to RoadChef round the clock, 365 days a year. RoadChef holds about a quarter of the motorway services market and sees upwards of 60 million visitors to its nationwide chain of 29 service stations every single year.

Kieran Broderick, Integral’s Major Accounts and Business Development Manager for the Midlands, said the contract win was another example of Integral’s commitment to providing excellent customer service, highlighted by the fact the company has an impressive client retention rate of about 85 per cent. He said: “We’re delighted to have won the RoadChef contract for the third time in a row, first because it provides good continuity for us and the customer, and second because it’s always good to know the client appreciates what we’ve done in the past and trusts us to do a good job in the future. RoadChef has service stations on most major motorway route in the UK, so the big challenge for our drivers is to get to all these locations through some of the most congested parts of the motorway network, especially when we’re carrying out reactive work and need to get to a location fast to minimise the impact to RoadChef’s business.”
