Jaguar secure 107 Cheapside

Jaguar Building Services will be providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance requirements at 107 Cheapside.

The building covers 183,000 sq ft of Cheapside and is centrally located within London’s business space of EC2, just two minutes' walk from Bank, St Paul’s, and Cannon Street stations.

The area is well known for its renowned shopping centre One New Change, and is a sought-after location for businesses looking for contemporary office space within the City.

Ian Fairley, Account Manager commented: “We are keen to get started at 107 Cheapside and work with the engineering team to provide the building with effective M&E solutions.

"We look forward to continuing to work alongside Cushman & Wakefield in the year ahead.”

The contract will commence on the 1st of December 2020.
