Helpdesk Strategic Reporting is a new web-based module from Integrated fm that provides facilities managers with real time strategic overview of a range of online Helpdesk reports - with the ability to drill down into specific areas for in-depth analysis or where a problem is indicated.

Helpdesk Strategic Reporting can also be used to view a whole portfolio or an individual building over any time period, tracking each supplier’s performance in seconds.

For ease of sharing information, the module can export Helpdesk information to formatted reports in Excel with a single click, or to PDF format using the automated PDF generator. An online report writer can be used to add management commentary.
