Young Leader of the Year finalists announced

14 September 2020

Following a record number of applications for the PFM Awards Young Leader of the Year (YLOTY) category, this year’s finalists have been confirmed.

L to R: Mohammad Hassan, Kayleigh Stevenson, James Mabbett

Organised by the Emerging Workplace Leaders (EWL) voluntary organisation, the judging of the applicants took place last week at The Shard in London.

Although the launch event was held in the form of a webinar, the day of judging saw all the finalists and judges in attendance, while observing the necessary social distancing requirements.

YLOTY coordinator and Churchill Group director James Bradley said: “The judging day was great and variety of candidates was fantastic so it was a tough decision.”

This year’s three YLOTY finalists are:

Atalian Servest head of client solutions and CSR James Mabbett
Derwent Students scheme manager Kayleigh Stevenson
Mitie account manager, technical services Mohammad Hassan

The EWL is now in the process of organising the final judging event and more details will be confirmed in the near future.
