PFM Awards 2020 Account Director finalists announced

04 August 2020

Finalists for the PFM Awards Account Director of the Year category have been confirmed as the latest progression within the FM sector's favourite awards.

The four finalists were confirmed following an in-depth selection process and will now be invited to present to the independent panel of judges later in September.

Those reaching the final stage of judging are usually invited to present to the judges in person, but this year will see them take part in online video calls.

This has been the case for all PFM Awards judging for 2020 finalists, following the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the decision made at the start of the UK lockdown.

This year's Account Director of the Year finalists have been confirmed as:

Alexandra Mills, Pareto FM

Anthony Boyton, Sodexo

Carl Roberts, Interserve

Daniel Hawkins, JLL

The final stage of judging will take place on 24 September, when each finalist will deliver a 30-minute presentation, then answer the judges' questions.

This years' judges have been confirmed as: Les Pyle, ATEN Group; Joanna Lloyd-Davies, JLD Consultants; Danny Lemon, head of 22 Bishopsgate; and Mayur Patel, MMC Real Estate Services.

In addition to the change in judging procedures this year, the presentation ceremony for the PFM Partnership Awards 2020 has also been moved from 4 November to 17 March 2020.

The move was agreed last month in response to the Covid-19 virus and is designed to avoid issues caused by a second wave or local lockdowns and provide attendees with greater confidence in travelling to the event.
