Jaguar are appointed at One Embassy Gardens

Jaguar Building Services are delighted to have secured a 12-month contract to deliver hard services at One Embassy Gardens, SW1.

The building is part of a wider development at Nine Elms, The Embassy Gardens Estate which spans 15 acres located on London’s South Bank.

One Embassy Gardens is the flagship building within the portfolio made up of both office and retail space covering 215,000 square feet.

Jaguar will be providing ongoing mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements to the building.

Robbie Kitson, Associate Director at Jaguar commented: “We are very excited at the opportunity to be part of the development at One Embassy Gardens.

"Our team will be onsite from day one to provide effective contemporary engineering solutions for our customer, and we look forward to being part of the regeneration of London’s South Bank.”
