New hard service provider formed following acquisition

05 November 2019

Specialist commercial building and FM service provider Keltic Group has announced it acquired Catercall Technical Services (CTS) for an undisclosed sum on 21 August.

Announcing this last week, Keltic Group confirmed that the CTS business has transferred to Catercall, a new business with no connection to the previous owners or directors, the statement said.

While the branding of the new company is currently similar to that of the former CTS, this will change in the months ahead "to reflect the changes to the business", said the statement from Catercall director Matt Magee.

The company has also confirmed that all service desk staff and engineers have been retained and customers have been reassured that service levels will be unaffected and continue as normal.

"With the support of Keltic, Catercall now have the backing of a group that can enable us to continually improve our service and to grow and achieve our ambitions within the industry," said Mr Magee.
