Incentive FM launches catering division

04 July 2008

Incentive FM has launched a new catering division, Incentive Catering, and been awarded its first piece of business in the contract catering sector for Colgate-Palmolive (UK).

Under a two year deal Incentive Catering will provide staff catering services for Colgate-Palmolive (UK) Ltd, the global market leader with a host of renowned brands within the Colgate Oral Care and Palmolive Body Care ranges, at the company’s corporate headquarters in Guildford, Surrey. This will include breakfast, lunch, vending and corporate hospitality services to 130 Colgate-Palmolive employees. Three existing catering staff have transferred under TUPE and will be joined by one other member of staff.

Incentive Catering will also be undertaking a rebranding of the staff restaurant, introducing new uniforms and placing an emphasis on fresh produce that is locally sourced.

Commenting on the new division Jeremy Waud, Managing Director at Incentive FM, said:” In the past we have often been responsible for managing the catering service as part of our integrated FM solution. Our decision to launch Incentive Catering supports our strategy of providing a range of services from under one roof which enables our clients to benefit from a tailored, but flexible package of options that can be adjusted to meet changing requirements.”

Incentive FM has worked with Colgate Palmolive (UK) Ltd since 2002 and was recently awarded a three year contract extension.
