IoT Hub from FSI: managing the journey of your data, from sensor to employee

28 March 2019

FSI has developed an IoT Hub, a platform for delivering IoT solutions that allows users to keep control of data in their workplace, have visibility of time spent on maintenance, and provide an optimised workplace to promote wellbeing.

Data from BMS systems, sensors, applications and assets is gathered and processed by the IoT Hub.

The IoT Hub then performs executable actions and sends this to FSI’s Concept Evolution CAFM / IWMS solution.

With the IoT Hub you can:
• Generate tasks based on alerts
• Prioritise maintenance visits based on conditions
• Mobilise and forecast asset maintenance expenditure

FSI’s off-the-shelf IoT products include:
• Occupancy monitoring, such as hot desks and meeting rooms
• Leak detection
• Legionella monitoring
• Diagnostic maintenance
• Alert management
• Environment conditions for supporting the workplace

Realise energy savings, improve maintenance, and increase comfort with the IoT Hub. Give people a working environment to boost productivity.
