Johnson FM takes on SGP name

Workplace Management and Johnson FM brands will no longer be used and the entire business has been re-branded as SGP Property and Facilities Management Ltd.

An 18 month strategic integration project has brought together the operations of the SGP Property Services and Workplace Management divisions of Johnson Service Group plc. The internal integration process identified the value within the SGP brand and highlighted the opportunity to create a single brand for the business. Consequently, the Workplace Management and Johnson FM brands will no longer be used and the entire business has been re-branded as SGP Property and Facilities Management Ltd.

Following an announcement on 9 May 2008, as from 10 June 2008, trading in Johnson Service Group PLC's ordinary shares ceased on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market of the London Stock Exchange and commenced on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
