New FM company launched by

Key industry figures, Seamus Greilish, John Ellis and John King, have launched a brand new FM Company, Freidman Limited.

They will be Chairman, Managing Director and Business Development Director respectively of the new organisation The four other Freidman directors have all each been at the leading edge in the delivery of facilities management services in the UK for more than 20 years.

This exceptional level of experience will enable Freidman to supply the expertise of a large FM company but with the level of personal care that only a small service provider can offer. Freidman will deliver a wide range of services, either singly or as elements of a comprehensive facilities management grouping. These include M&E and Fabric Maintenance, Process Engineering, Cleaning Services, Security and Front of House. The services will be delivered from two Freidman offices in Welwyn Garden City and Rochester.

According to John Ellis, the ethos of Freidman is the delivery of 5* service quality. “We recognise that a customer needs to be comfortable with their FM supplier. Confident that the people who run that supplier have the depth of knowledge and experience that will enable the best aspects of FM to be brought to the customers business”. He went on “ The customer will also want to know that the supplier management he is talking with will be able to converse at a senior business level on matters of finance and strategy”.

Friedman Ltd has been developed from an existing engineering business where meeting high standards of customer satisfaction is an every day occurrence.
Current customers include Coca-Cola and GlaxoSmithKline and the growth strategy
