Offices and apartments for business trips in Europe

Citadines and Regus have joined forces to offer clients to offices and residences to for mobile workers who make frequent business trips abroad.

Citadines - a brand of Ascott International, the international serviced residence operator with 20,000 apartments located in key cities - and Regus, the provider of flexible workplace solutions with 950 business centres around the world, have set up a partnership to provide their clients with complementary services and expand their offer on the European market. The agreement will allow Citadines to expand the range of services offered to its business clientele (the company’s historical core target group) with Regus flexible workplace solutions. Thanks to this partnership, Regus clients will also benefit from special access to Citadines residences, with services that are perfectly adapted to the needs of mobile workers who take frequent business trips.

Under the framework of this agreement: Regus’ 400,000 clients will be offered preferential rates in Citadines’ 41 European Apart’hotels. Citadines clients will receive a 25% discount on the Regus Businessworld Gold card, allowing them free access to the 950 Business Lounges across all Regus business centres around the world. As well as discounts on a wide range of Regus products including meeting rooms, day offices, and state-of-the-art video conferencing facilities.

Regus and Citadines call centres are now working together to offer these services to their respective clients. This will enable Europe’s growing number of mobile business professionals to save valuable time searching for high quality places to work and sleep on their business trips. Citadines and Regus regard this collaboration as an excellent opportunity to develop customer loyalty and assist their clients throughout Europe by offering them a complete service.
