UK SECURITY SHUTTERS LAUNCH COMMAND-X - State of the Art Remote Access Shutter System

13 December 2017

Staffordshire based UK Security Shutters Limited has launched a new state of the art remote access security control shutter system, December 12, 2017.

The launch of Command-X represents a significant leap forward in terms of design and ease of use for remote access control.

With this latest edition to our product portfolio, UK Security Shutters can provide clients with a multitude of door and remote access control systems.

This system is suitable for individual shutter doors or as part of a complete access control solution, and can be designed for hassle free implementation and use which allows administrators to manage and monitor access rights.

“When it comes to security solutions, dealing with a trusted and experienced brand is vital” explained Steve Shirley, Managing Director at UK Security Shutters Ltd.

“UK Security Shutters is a trusted partner for remote access solutions with experience at major projects throughout the UK. “

“At UK Security Shutters we can provide a single source of design, supply and install a truly integrated solution.”

Security is a major critical element in the design and construction of modern buildings and electronic access control is an increasingly required specification for architects and designers, with monitored control.

Command-X offers a complete security solution and can combine the highest levels of enhanced security resistance with their high security door range.

Typical applications include high value storage such as utilities, retail, national infrastructure, military buildings, government buildings, cash handling facilities and high terrorist risk areas.

Our high security roller shutters are security rated LPS1175 Issue 7 – SR 2-3-4, all doors are fully tested against; anti-jacking, prising, gouging, impact, cutting and drilling.

The Command-X system was recently installed at over 30 London Overground stations in a major project for ARRIVA Rail (London) Ltd and is now specified for all future station fit-outs. These shutters, which secure the stations overnight, are controlled at a central command centre in London and can be operated remotely at any time.

UK Security Shutters Limited is a long standing company based in North Staffordshire. The ethos of the business is based on quality and customer service which is matched on a strong sales force capacity to deliver schemes nationwide.

UK Security Shutters Ltd, was established by Steve Shirley and Robert Hoskins twenty years ago and over the years the company has grown into a successful shutter supplier and installer with a growing nationwide customer base.

With the launch of the new Command-X remote access system and the addition of High Security Roller Shutter doors puts UK Security Shutters in a UK leading supplier and installer of bespoke high security systems.
