ISS UK acquires Arena 21

ISS UK has acquired the corporate Front of House specialist, arena21, which supplies services including outsourced reception management, meeting room management, switchboard services, training and corporate concierge services to its 'blue chip' client base.

Andrew Price, Managing Director of ISS’ Integrated Services Division, says: “This is an important acquisition for ISS in the UK as Office Support represents one of the core pillars of our Facilities Services business. The opportunities offered by arena21 will complement our already strong Integrated Facility Division portfolio. The brand experience extends from the first impression created during a phone call to the welcome experienced when visiting a building. By adding arena21 to our group of companies we will now not only be able to offer clients our traditionally high standards within their premises but also a genuine 'wow!' factor from their very first contact.”

Speaking after the announcement, Martin Whitten, Managing Director of arena21 said: “Over the last eight years our management team has built arena21 into the leading specialist in its sector.
