This three year contract, with an optional extension for a further two years, has a potential value of over £6m and will commence on 1 April 2008. It will see Taylor Woodrow provide a total FM solution, including maintenance, cleaning, security, vending and postal services at GO’s Newcastle, Nottingham, Guildford and Plymouth offices. TW will deliver the contract with its Strategic Alliance Partners, OCS and Integral.
