Hard FM for ISTCs

Galliford Try Facilities Management has won a three year contract to provide hard facilities management services for Independent Sector Treatment Centres (ISTCs) on behalf Circle, the UK’s largest partnership of healthcare professionals.

From April 2008, Galliford Try is providing property maintenance at Eccleshill NHS Treatment Centre in Bradford, the UK’s first ISTC and also at Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre, which just finishing construction and the largest of its kind in Europe. The three year rolling contract also gives the company the opportunity to secure additional work after that period, with the potential to provide FM services to as many as 25 newly constructed private hospitals and 50 clinics.

Circle is a fast growing new clinical partnership, delivering patient care . This is combined with providing unique, high quality health facilities, designed by world recognised architects such as Foster & Partners, Hopkins Architects and Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners.
