New Look contract for Dalkia

Dalkia has secured a multi-million pound contract with the top fashion retailer, New Look. This unique five year contract is a tailored package encompassing a wide range of services for over 570 stores throughout the UK and Internationally.

Dalkia will now maintain and manage all mechanical and engineering services, building fabric, lighting refurbishments and ad-hoc replacement programmes for New Look’s stores, all supported through its Dalkia Customer Service Centre. It is able to offer a planned lighting and maintenance programme, combined with technical facilities and energy management to deliver sustainable retail environments, whilst enhancing the in-store experience customers subconsciously associate with brand awareness and loyalty.

Building a range of retail-specific services into one unique offering has enabled Dalkia to provide a strategic and focussed approach to New Look’s challenging requirements. Consistent and sustained brand image is a key driver in maintaining New Look’s stores, reflected in quality and style of lighting, and using light to enhance the retail experience associated with shopping at New Look.

Dalkia’s Customer Service Centre supports its new retail offering. Staff coordinate a fast responsive service, directing appropriate resources to resolving all issues and problems which may occur on a daily basis, and in doing so ensuring minimum disruption in a timely and accurate way.
