Incentive FM launches Incentive Workplace

Incentive FM has launched a new service, ‘Incentive Workplace’ which will offer clients a full suite of design and fit out services. A JV with Ideal Interior Solutions, it will target clients who are looking to change or update aspects of their working environment such as offices, reception areas, meeting rooms and staff restaurants.

Incentive Workplace will offer a full range of services including design, space planning, management of CAD plans, fit out, refurbishment, partitioning, cabling, lighting systems, M&E installations, H&V installations, carpeting and furniture. It will be offered to customers as a stand-alone service in a similar way to Incentive FM’s consultancy service, or as part of an ongoing strategy of meeting clients individual needs as opposed to purely offering the traditional integrated facilities management solutions.

The Incentive FM team has worked on an informal basis with Ideal Interior Solutions over the past ten years handling projects for clients such as the Institute of Directors, American Express, Swarovski, Capita, MLS Business Centres, Schlumberger, Currie & Brown and KLM Airlines.

Jeremy Waud, Managing Director at Incentive FM, said: “Last year we launched Incentive Support Services, a new business designed to enable organisations to buy a limited amount of integrated or stand alone services from a sole supplier without the need for a full facilities management solution. At the time we explained that our strategy was to expand the range of services available. As such the creation of Incentive Workspace is a logical progression for us and our customers and enables us to provide a single point of contact for an even wider range of services.”
