Lionel Prodgers to leave Integrated fm

07 September 2007

Following the successful integration of Integrated fm Limited and ARK e-management businesses, the directors of Integrated fm have announced that Lionel Prodgers, director, will be leaving the company with effect from 17 September 2007.

Lionel will continue to work closely with Integrated fm by undertaking strategic consulting work for clients on behalf of the company, and in support of a number of projects relating to the Integrated fm Smart Information System.

Integrated fm Limited acquired the business of ARK e-management Limited, a company founded by Lionel Prodgers, in December 2006. Integrated fm now offers a wide range of hosted ‘Smart’ applications delivering strategic reporting directly from its ‘FACTS’ suite of products as well as a number of new applications designed for the facilities management, property and construction sectors.

Steve Dingley, Managing Director of Integrated FM said: “I am pleased that the integration of the ARK team and systems has progressed so well and in that respect the task of bringing the businesses together is complete. Lionel has a great deal of experience and knowledge in the facilities management market, which we will continue to draw on as we move forward in developing the business further.”
