Dave Wilson to leave Macro

Dave Wilson leaves Macro

Macro has today announced that Dave Wilson, corporate services director, is leaving the business

Dave Wilson, who is on the board of Macro, has been with the company since September 2003 when he joined from his previous role as managing director of Edifice, the FM consultancy. He is also deputy chair elect of the BIFM.
Explaining the decision, Wilson said: “It has been a difficult decision after four years hard work with a great management team, but Macro has grown significantly since 2003, and is well positioned for its next phase of growth. I wanted to pursue some opportunities to develop my interests in Europe in particular and Internationally in general. This has long been a passionate interest of mine, and is an area where I have strong experience and contacts. Macro’s current priorities lie in the UK and Dubai, and I felt the time was right to get my focus back on the European arena. I will of course miss the team at Macro, and I wish them continuing success in their rapid growth.”

Bill Heath, Managing Director of Macro, commented: “Dave will be missed by the Macro team for his professional approach to all aspects of the business. The contribution he has made to the growth of Macro is very much appreciated. We all wish Dave well on his continuing desire to improve the world of FM.”
