Description : A professional Property and FM organisation requires a senior Commercial Manager to lead all commercial functions on a prestigious PFI in Central London. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide commercial and financial administration of a major PFI operational contract for the SPV, including financial and contract administration of subcontractors and suppliers. Commercial support and advice to operations team. Liaising with the internal Senior Management team as well as external advisors and sub contractors. You will be expected to provide timely and accurate delivery of contract and financial information and administration to a wide variety of subcontracts from £50k to £12m and commercial support to those managing ad hoc projects including tenders, variations and final accounts. Assist in developing new proposals and services You should have proven experience in commercial management e.g. QS, Accountant, legal or similar Contract and financial management of subcontractors in a service environment . Educated to Degree level education or equivalent experience. Professional membership of appropriate organisation (RICS, CIMA).
