Description : A leading FM service provider requires a professional Bid Manager to lead, manage and develop the new PFI/BSF and other major Project bids, typically in excess of £1m per annum, £25m. You will lead bid teams to ensure tenders are adequately resourced to meet best practice. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, representing the company at meetings, preparing and making presentations to prospective clients and Company’s senior management. Ensure that solutions are innovative, competitive and environmentally optimal. Demonstrate a high level of Commercial understanding of all aspects of the bid.You should have a demonstrable organisational experience of bidding medium/large size projects in PFI / PPP or Commercial Sectors. Minimum 3 years Management of bid teams essential including examples of performance improvement. Good standard of general education essential; Degree or above preferred. HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying desirable MRICS (or equivalent experience) must have a working knowledge of ECC/JCT/PFI forms of contract. Please apply to John Davis at jd@frluk.com ref12543jd
