Description : Our client requires a Commercial Manager for the flagship contract. Responsibilities will include the commercial management of the selection and management of all sub-contractors supporting the company and their client. The aim is to deliver greater value, using effective tools and forming stronger and flexible relationships with sub-contractors and ‘stakeholders’. It is essential that an accurate, consistent, results-orientated and process driven solution for the Contract is delivered. The main purpose of the role is to manage all sub-contractors supporting the contract, to select, manage, monitor, measure and report on these sub-contractors ensuring compliance to agreements, to contractually protect the company and the client and to scope Service Level Agreements and develop and manage the Key Performance Indicators necessary for compliant delivery of the sub-contractor to he contact and the Client.Suitable candidates will ideally come from an M&E back ground have substantial supply chain management expertise, significant experience of contract management (Supplier and Client facing), experience of contract performance management, good profit and loss financial control experience, experience in writing, developing, negotiating letting and managing sub-contractor contracts and expertise in MS Word and MS Excel.
