Description : An FM Services Company is recruiting an Area Operations Manager to oversee multi-site Catering and FM contracts.

You will get to know the client's business needs in order to meet and exceed expectations. You will set up, monitoring and manage SLAs, requesting regular feedback from your customers and implementing improvements.

You will drive financial performance for your Area and a keep costs controlled and within budget.

Candidates must be experienced at recruiting, managing and developing front line FM teams within catering, hard or soft services - ideally all 3.

Experience within hotels and banqueting is also preferable.
