Iconic County Hall Estates chooses CAFM Explorer

28 July 2015

CAFM Explorer has won a contract with the iconic County Hall Estates on the South Bank in London

Located on the South Bank, County Hall is one of London’s most iconic buildings. Designed by Ralph Knott, construction of the original building was started in 1911 and opened in 1922 by George V. Recently, County Hall has been transformed into a leisure complex with the main riverside building home to the Sea Life London Aquarium, London Dungeon, the London Film Museum and Namco Funscape tourist attractions.

The initial focus for CAFM Explorer, Idox’s integrated FM solution, will be Helpdesk & Planned Maintenance with the flexibility of the software allowing County Hall to expand its implementation in the future at no additional cost.

Claire Visser, CAFM Director said: “Idox is delighted to welcome such a prestigious venue as County Hall Estates as a customer. This was a very competitive process and we are grateful to our existing clients who provide invaluable insights into how effective our software is in the live environment.”
