PFM AWARDS: Account Director of the Year finalists announced

The five finalists in the Account Director of the Year Award have been announced. The winner will be revealed at the PFM Awards on 4 November at the Brewery in London

The five finalists, in alphabetical order, for Account Director of the Year Award are:

Andrew Dack, PTSG with Cofely
As MD of PTSG's Electrical Services division, Andrew is sole point of contact for one of PTSG's key customers, Cofely. Having secured an opportunity in April 2014 for PTSG to carry out fixed wire testing for one of Cofely's portfolio clients, BMW, Andrew has led the company to being Cofely's preferred supplier across all platforms.

Kevin Gray, Mitie with Heathrow Airport
Since joining Mitie in 2009, Kevin’s knowledge of the aviation sector and Heathrow Airport has proved invaluable in developing the contract and establishing the impressive reputation Mitie has today. Under his leadership, Mitie’s contract has grown from an initial airside/landside hard FM contract and external soft FM contract to one that now includes Terminals 3, 4 and 5, the Heathrow Express service and the Compass Centre.

Alan Maunder, Mitie with Essex County Council
Mitie was awarded the 10-year contract with Essex County Council (ECC) in 2011. As an IFM contract, Alan acts as the point of contact for the client across a range of services including property management, M&E, capital projects, cleaning and energy services. The contract has grown from £8.2m to £35.3m under Alan's management.

Chris Richardson, Kier with Sheffield City Council
Chris joined Kier in 2009. As head of FM, he is responsible for the FM aspects of contract for the Council's Civic and Corporate buildings, and a separate contract for the corporate statutory servicing and repairs across the Council's 800 building estate. He has responsibility for Sheffield Schools PF13 (two secondary and two primary schools).

Sam Scott, Sodexo
During the past year, Sam and his team have continued to make a positive impact on service delivery for BAE Systems Real Estate Solutions customers. The innovative approach adopted by Sam has helped embed a standardised, safer and more agile way of working across 27 BAE Systems sites in the UK.
