Systopia brings the cashless revolution to County Kildare

Systopia, has secured a contract with a multinational technology firm. The provider manufactures cashless systems, cashless vending and cashless catering for contract caterers.

The introduction of their system can transform payment processes and provide employees with numerous advantages.

At their large Irish site in County Kildare, staff number around 8,000. For the first time, they have combined access control with food and beverage payment on staff ID cards, which interact with four on-site canteens and four dual-priced vending machines.

Systopia’s system has already helped to reduce queuing time dramatically as there is no need to count cash and wait for the change, greatly enhancing speed of service and the customer experience.

In addition, Systopia offers analytical tools which monitor food sales, allowing more diligent, informed decisions on menu choices and stock control. The system will help catering staff identify peak and quieter times of business, keeping overheads to a minimum and ensuring greater efficiency on staff hours and opening times.

A further benefit includes the ongoing introduction of loyalty points and promotion schemes to the four main canteens, which will help to drive sales and promote specific products, encouraging repeat custom and increasing footfall.
