Broadgate Estates chooses Incentive Lynx Security

09 August 2013

Broadgate Estates, which manages a portfolio of developments in London, has extended its contract with Incentive Lynx Security, to provide manned security guarding at Central Saint Giles for a further three years

Central Saint Giles is located in the West End and provides some 500,000 sq ft of mixed-use accommodation arranged over 10 floors including 408,000 sq ft of offices and apartments, with 25,000 sq ft restaurants and retail units set around a landscaped central piazza.

Jeff Lengthorn, Property Manager for Central Saint Giles said: “Central Saint Giles is a landmark London development which we are delighted to manage. Core to our strategy is a commitment to unrivalled service and innovation and our choice of security partners is vital in achieving this. Incentive Lynx has proven that they possess the same standards and commitment.”

Under the terms of the deal Incentive Lynx, part of the Incentive FM Group, will provide a team of nineteen guards responsible for all security duties. This includes patrolling, access control and the monitoring of sophisticated alarm and CCTV systems from a state of the art control centre.

Craig Pickard, Managing Director at Incentive Lynx, said: “The growth of this contract over the last three years has not only increased our manned guarding portfolio with Broadgate Estates but has helped us to continue to grow our presence within the West End.”
