Duo join Shepherd

Shepherd FM has made a couple of senior appointments: Darren Payton as National Account Operations Director and William Worsley to oversee business development and expansion within its Energy Division.

Payton joins Shepherd FM from Interserve, where he was General Manager for Support Services, managing both soft and hard FM services. Previously, he has held senior positions at Initial, Amec and Johnson Controls, also covering mobile work force management.

He will manage National Accounts for Shepherd FM covering the North East, North West and South of England. These accounts will include selected residential and mobile sites where he will also manage the support of the engineering and operational teams.

On his appointment, Payton commented: “I am really excited to be joining Shepherd FM and look forward to working in a successful, dynamic and rapidly growing company. I am impressed by the positive people I have met and the achievements Shepherd FM have made in recent years.”

The other appointment is William Worsley as a new Business Development Manager for the Energy Division.

Worsley has expertise and many years of experience within the energy management arena and will be working closely with the work winning team developing proposals around TM44 surveys, energy audits, feasibility studies, relevant legislation compliance, CRC compliance as well as helping Shepherd FM’s clients achieve environmental accreditations.
